1/3cupcoconut butter (softened)
2Tpowdered allulose
1Tpowdered monk fruit blend
1eaZest of 1 lime
1Ttablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions
1. Lightly toast shredded coconut in a dry skillet over medium-low heat for 3–4 minutes until golden. Let cool.2. In a bowl, mix coconut butter, coconut oil, allulose, monk fruit, lime zest, lime juice, and salt.3. Fold in toasted coconut.4. Chill mixture 15 minutes until firm enough to roll.5.
